Our development process: from concept to finished jewel

The concept phase

We take your design concept and lay the foundations for a technically smooth production.

In the best case, you already have your own CAD data that you can provide us with.

At this stage, changes can still be made before production begins.

The first sample

Thanks to the latest 3D printing technology, we can print a plastic sample directly from the CAD model. All details can be checked again in this step.

Production

Once the basic models are approved, the development process transitions into production. We create a negative model made of rubber or silicone. This forms the basis for the actual production. We ensure that every step of the process is carried out by experienced professionals who adhere to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
